GENTING HIGHLANDS, Malaysia — The Poker Dream Tour is bringing its 21st stop to Resorts World Genting Highlands from April 9–20, 2026, headlining with a MYR 3,200 ($800) buy-in Main Event backed by a MYR 5,000,000 ($1.25 million) guarantee.

The 12-day festival runs outside Kuala Lumpur at one of Southeast Asia’s most popular poker destinations, spanning more than 50 tournaments across No-Limit Hold’em, mystery bounty, and mixed game formats.

Main Event Structure

Day 1 flights open Tuesday, April 14, with additional starting days running through April 18. Players can enter via regular, turbo, hyper-turbo, or flipout flights, with survivors converging for Day 2 on April 19 and a final table on April 20. Starting flights are priced at either MYR 3,200 ($800) or MYR 4,800 ($1,200).

High Roller Lineup

The series runs a tiered high-stakes track for players looking to play bigger:

    • High Roller: MYR 12,000 (~$3,000) buy-in, MYR 300,000 guaranteed, April 14–15
    • Super High Roller: MYR 20,000 (~$5,000) buy-in, MYR 500,000 guaranteed, April 16–17
    • Mystery Bounty High Roller: MYR 10,000 (~$2,500) buy-in, MYR 300,000 guaranteed, April 19–20
    • Single Day High Roller: MYR 8,000 (~$2,000) buy-in, MYR 200,000 guaranteed, April 15

Players who register on time for the MYR 12,000 High Roller receive MYR 480 ($120) in tournament credit. The MYR 10,000 Mystery Bounty High Roller carries a MYR 400 ($100) on-time reward.

Mystery Bounty and Mixed Game Events

Mystery bounty formats anchor the mid-stakes schedule, with the Mystery Big Bounty and the Mystery Bounty Deepstack each carrying a MYR 2,100 ($525) buy-in and MYR 400,000 ($100,000) guarantee. Both events feature multiple starting flights scheduled during the early part of the festival.

Mixed game players will find 7-Card Stud, Razz, Limit 2-7 Triple Draw, and NL 2-7 Single Draw events on the schedule. A 32-player cap Heads-Up event (MYR 3,000), a Seniors event for players 50 and older, and a late-night All-In or Fold closer on April 20 complete the schedule.

Early Registration Incentives

Players who pre-register for the Main Event can receive hotel discounts at Resorts World Genting properties including First World Hotel, Resort Hotel, and Highlands Hotel. The MYR 4,800 buy-in tier qualifies for a 25% discount; the MYR 3,200 tier receives 20% off.

The first 100 Main Event pre-registrants also receive bubble protection across all Day 1 flights and a spot in a lucky draw for $1,000 in Poker Dream tournament credits toward a future event.

A separate First Weekend Special Deal extends discounted accommodation of up to 25% to players who pre-register for two eligible opening events: the Malaysia Open, Mystery Big Bounty, Mystery Bounty Deepstack, or Mystery Bounty. The first 50 players to complete pre-registration receive bubble protection for those tournaments.
