Easter-Themed Promotion Gives Eliminated Players a Shot at Free Re-Entry Into €10M Guaranteed Event
The World Series of Poker is sweetening the deal for its 2026 WSOP Europe Main Event. The series has announced the Rise In Prague promotion, featuring a Golden Egg Hunt that gives eliminated players a chance to draw a €5,300 re-entry on the house.
The €10,000,000 guaranteed No-Limit Hold'em Main Event takes place at the Hilton Prague in partnership with King's Casino. Timed to the Easter holiday, the Golden Egg Hunt adds over €150,000 in total value to the series' marquee event.
How It Works
Any player eliminated during a Day 1 flight, or before the close of late registration on Day 2, who chooses to re-enter will be invited to draw from an egg pool near the tournament area. Ten Golden Eggs are loaded into the pool at the start of each Day 1 flight, each containing a €5,300 cash prize that covers the cost of re-entry.
The promotion runs across all four starting days:
- Flight A: Friday, April 3 at 12 PM
- Flight B: Saturday, April 4 at 12 PM
- Flight C: Sunday, April 5 at 12 PM
- Day 2: Monday, April 6 at 12 PM
Unclaimed eggs carry over to the next flight. If only 2 of Flight A's 10 eggs are claimed, Flight B opens with 18 in the pool. Across all three Day 1 flights, 30 Golden Eggs are in play.
What Players Need to Know
A few key rules govern the promotion:
- Only players who opt to re-enter are eligible to draw.
- Golden Eggs are non-transferable and must be used for a re-entry in the same flight they are drawn.
- There is no limit on how many eggs a single player can pull. A player eliminated and re-entering multiple times could have the full buy-in refunded each time.
Players planning to compete are encouraged to review the full promotion terms before registering.
